Mark comes from a restaurant background, establishing his career as Chef de Cuisine in Europe, working under the belt of Gennaro Contaldo. Mark brought his knife bag filled with experience to Cape Town and headed the food operations of the Mother City's finest Cafes and Bistros. SHESHA scooped him away from the a'la carte trade to join him on all-new film adventures and food concepts. Mark heads up the operations & logistics, the kitchen, chefs and teams. (He loves all things Pasta and chilli!).
